The architecture of the final system will be open, modular, it will allow horizontal communication of subsystems, easy connection to other systems, reuse of programs and subsystems, upgrade and changes to separate software and hardware components to ensure file integrity, integrity, and security.
The key components of the CuRVE architecture are:
Data Management: Creating an appropriate database for managing raw data resulting from digitization images, audio, and close-up of 3D objects.
Data Processing: The digitization of images, audio, video recordings of 3D objects and their processing.
System applications: includes the development for the implementation of the individual applications that will be implemented within the project and the Project implementation phases.
The implementation methodology follows a detailed approach, considering the sequence of tasks in the work modules. The implementation phases are:
Phase 1: includes preparatory work, such as defining roles and tasks, defining a detailed timetable, selecting partners’ communication channels and launching meeting (kick off meeting).
Phase 2: includes the design of the project. Initially the user cases and user requirements will be defined, aa well as the results evaluation protocol. In addition, the architecture and the technical specifications of the final system will be defined.
Phase 3: focus on the development of the individual CuRVE systems and their integration into one system.
Phase 4: includes the testing of the integrated CuRVE system in a demonstration laboratory of a cultural organization and its evaluation by the users.
Phase 5: is the creation of an improved final system considering the results of the evaluation period.
